1. About This Software

TurfPro is a turf booking and management system developed by AP IT Services. It is licensed to turf owners and businesses for managing bookings, payments, staff, and reporting. This software is proprietary and all rights are reserved by AP IT Services.

2. User Accounts & Access

• Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Accounts must not be shared with unauthorized personnel.
• Super Admin has full access; Admin manages their turf; Staff has limited access per permissions.
• AP IT Services reserves the right to revoke access for misuse.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are managed by the turf admin and their staff.
• Payment records, advances, and balances are the responsibility of the turf operator.
• AP IT Services is not responsible for financial disputes between the turf and customers.
• Cancellation policies are set by the individual turf admin.

4. Data & Privacy

• Customer data (name, mobile, booking history) is stored securely and is owned by the turf operator.
• AP IT Services does not sell or share your data with third parties.
• Data is stored on the server provided/chosen by the client.
• Regular backups are the responsibility of the server administrator.

5. Software License & Usage

• This software is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it.
• Modifications must be approved by AP IT Services.
• One license covers one turf installation. Multiple turfs require separate licenses or the Super Admin plan.

6. Support & Updates

• Support is provided as per the plan agreed upon purchase.
• Bug fixes are provided free of charge within the warranty period.
• New feature development may incur additional charges.
• AP IT Services is not liable for downtime caused by server or hosting issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

AP IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TurfPro. The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software license.
